Receiver Shuts Off At High Volume I Have A Sony Stareo Receiver That Shuts Off When The Volume Spikes, what Is Causing This ?

I have a sony stareo receiver that shuts off when the volume spikes, what is causing this ? - receiver shuts off at high volume

I 7.1 Sony stereo receiver, over 3 years. recently begun to enter a protection mode when the volume reached a high level. So when watching a film with a regular dialogue that works well. If it will an explosion, making the volume more, came into the protect mode on or off.

the protection circuit, as most of you drive the speakers too high or amplifier is damaged. One of the speakers could be blown, and a pull at a time to see if this is the culprit.

Also the question? There may be slight oddities as a whole, but they are no longer a clear answer when you add the model numbers.

Listen at levels that are too strong reversal of the volume and see if that does not help.
